Steel pipe applications is very wide, because it has a lot of advantages, high temperature and strong resistance is its main characteristic. The first is to inspect steel pipe surface, surface inspection is the simplest and most common thing, general steel pipe surface is not allowed to crack, once the cracks appear easily lead to an explosive phenomenon. Therefore, maintenance time need be careful.

The second is to inspect shape of the steel pipe, after steel pipe is used for a certain number of years, it will begin to appear the aging phenomenon, in order to avoid accidents in the future, therefore, if found to have been deformed, steel pipe will soon be replaced.

The final inspection is rusty phenomenon, if the steel pipes are rusty, it will reduce its useful life inevitably, so be sure to promptly remove corrosion phenomenon. In the normal use, we should ensure the work environment is dry, do well work of rust, and the surface coated with antirust paint.
