Common Method to Connect Seamless Steel Pipe

Seamless steel pipe is a circular, square, rectangular steel with hollow cross-section, no seams around, seamless steel pipe is made of ingot or solid tube, through perforating and then hot-rolled or cold-rolled. Seamless steel pipe has a hollow cross section, so it is preferred pipeline to transport fluid substance. There are a variety of connection method, in our project, there are four common method to connect the seamless steel pipe, can be divided into two kinds roughly, detachable connection and connection can not be demolished.

1. flange connection, easy assembly and disassembly, versatility is strong!

2. Union connection, union is divided into screw-type and weld type.

3. The special fittings to connect, internal thread, external thread and other forms.

4. The hydraulic system can used of fittings and ferrule to connect, may act as seal.
